Here's a drawing I did....I came up with this idea to sugest for Coban Collars as a means of protection against cougars/mountain lions.. These big cats have an nasty habit of placing a powerful bite onto the back of the head or nape, that can penetrate the skull right into the brain, or crush the spinal cord - resulting in instant death. There's a report of an Anatolian LGD that has been killed by a cougar in that manner.

I see that you want more protection for the dog.But I think a collar like this one in fact would cumber the dog.We can't steel-claded them as knights.Almost all depends on the power of the dog.The traditional collars give them enough protection.
